Starting and Stopping Live View


Steps:
  1. Enter the Live View page to start live view.
    • Option 1:
    • On the Annke Vision page, if the device list is displayed in the thumbnail mode, tap the device thumbnail to enter the Live View page.

      Note: You can tap 1 or 1 on Annke Vision page to switch between the list mode and the thumbnail mode.

    • Option 2:
    • On the Annke Vision page, if the device list is displayed in the list mode, and the Floating Live View function is enabled, tap one or more devices to open the floating windows. And then tap the floating window to enter the Live View page.

      Notes:

    • Option 3:
    • On the Annke Vision page, if the device list is displayed in the list mode, and the Floating Live View function is disabled, tap the device name to enter the Live View page.

    Result:

    • If the Video and Encryption function is disabled, the live video will start playing.
    • If the Video and Image Encryption function is enabled, you should input the device verification code before the live video starting playing.
    • Notes:

      • For details about enabling or disabling Video and Encryption function, see Enabling/Disabling Video and Image Encryption.
      • You can slide to the left or to the right to view the live view of all selected cameras if the current page only shows a part of them.
      • You can rotate your mobile phone to view the live view page in full screen mode.
      • During the live view of a Annke Vision device, you will see 1 on the lower left of the live view window.
      • The live view duration for the video intercom device is 5 minutes.
      • Up to 6 users can check the live view of the same door station at the same time. The other users can only use the audio function.
      • For a Mini Trooper camera, each 1 minute after it starting playing live video, it switches to the sleep mode and the live video pauses. You can tap Continue to continue playing live video.
  2. (Optional) Go back to the device list and reselect devices for live view.
    1. Tap to go back to the device list.
    2. Reselect cameras and tap OK.
    3. Note: Up to 256 cameras can be selected.

      Result:

      • If the Video and Encryption function is disabled, the live video will start playing.
      • If the Video and Image Encryption function is enabled, you should input the device verification code before the live video starting playing.
  3. (Optional) Add one camera for live view on a free window.
    1. Tap on the free window to enter the device list.
    2. Select a camera.
    3. Note: If a device has multiple cameras, tap to display all cameras under it and select a camera.

      Result:

      • If the Video and Encryption function is disabled, the live video will start playing.
      • If the Video and Image Encryption function is enabled, you should input the device encryption password before the live video starting playing.
  4. (Optional) Pause or restart the live view.
    • Select a window and tap 1 to pause the live video, and tap 1 to restart the live video.
    • Tap 1 to pause the live video of all the windows on the current page, and tap 1 to restart all of them.
  5. Stop the live view of a camera.
    1. Press and hold a window under live view for a while.
    2. Drag the window upwards to the appearing at the top of the page.
