Viewing and Filtering Logs


Purpose:

You can view the access control device's logs including the access control events and alarm information. You can also filter the log to get the desired one(s).

Steps:

  1. In the door control page, you can view the logs in the log panel.

    2. Slide the list to view more logs and if you slide to the bottom, tap View All Logs to enter the Log page and view all access control device logs.

  2. Filter the logs.
    1. In the Log page, tap Filter to display the filter panel.
    2. Select the time or the event type.

      3. The client will filter and display the matched logs.
